Ultimate frisbee is one of the fastest growing sports in America right now. If you have never played, or seen it played I suggest you do that. The highest level of professional ultimate frisbee is actually club frisbee.
It may seem to fast paced for the normal person I know. At first I was skeptical too, but after catching your first point you are hooked. You can’t get enough frisbee. From when you wake up, see the frisbee on your floor and go toss, til you go to bed and dream about that next awesome lay-out you will have.

After almost two years of playing Ultimate Frisbee now, I have realized that no other sport can compare to the ultimate sport. Dont get me wrong I do love sports like soccer, football, cycling, running, and many others. Except none of those sports has the addiction phase that frisbee has. However much you play, it never seems to be enough!
So even if you have never heard of frisbee or played the game of Ultimate, I suggest that you do so ASAP. You will have tons of fun and most likely will meet some pretty cool people. Playing frisbee is actually how I met Dennis Yu and got into internet marketing and blogging in the first place.
Oh and if you have read this far into my blog post, then get up off the computer and go do something outside, even if it’s not frisbee. Be active!

I played ultimate Frisbee for the first time this year, and it’s become one of my favorite team sports. It’s great exercise and a lot of fun.

Ha great idea. I’m sure there are plenty of people who throw like you used to! I think i’ll include the hammer aswell, seeing as there is a picture of one in the post.
Come to the turf in Superior in 20 min if you want to play versus just fart around online, talking about frisbee!
